Everette showed us pretty much every house on the Outer Banks until we FINALLY found the one for us. He was ridiculously patient. His sense of humor and optimism made buying a house fun and easy. He was us every step of the way, making the whole process amazing. A few months later it was time for my mother to buy her house. She had a different realtor and nothing but problems and attitude. So I called Everette. Even though she was looking outside his normal area, he stepped up and we had her house purchased and closed in 30 days. The man needs a cape and a big S on his chest.
